🌙	24-Hour Supervision	A caregiver is present in the home at all times — including overnight. We do not rely on call systems. Someone is always here, awake, and ready to respond.
🍽️	Meals & Nutrition	Three home-cooked meals and snacks prepared fresh daily. Dietary restrictions, preferences, and physician-ordered nutritional plans are accommodated as standard.
🧹	Housekeeping & Laundry	Daily housekeeping of all areas and regular personal laundry service. The home is always clean and welcoming — for residents and for the families who visit.
🌸	Activities & Engagement	Gentle, meaningful daily activities tailored to each resident’s interests and abilities — conversation, music, light exercise, games, crafts, and outdoor time when conditions allow.
🚗	Transportation Coordination	We help arrange transportation to medical appointments and specialist visits, so neither residents nor families are left to manage logistics alone.
👪	Family Communication	Regular updates, open phone access, and proactive outreach whenever care needs change. Families should never have to wonder what’s happening with their loved one.
🩺	Healthcare Coordination	We coordinate across physicians, specialists, therapists, and pharmacy. Residents are welcome to continue with their own existing care providers.
